Some horrors are worth the wait.

By placing a pre-order with us, you’re reserving an upcoming collectible or piece of memorabilia that has not yet been released or is currently in production. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page. This guarantees your reservation once the item becomes available.

Release Dates

Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers and are subject to change. Delays can occur due to production or shipping issues beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed if timelines shift.

Shipping Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship once they arrive in our possession and have passed our quality checks. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.

Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled or modified within 7 days of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to supplier commitments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Allocation & Availability

Pre-order quantities may be limited. In rare cases of manufacturer shortages, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we’re unable to fulfil your pre-order, you’ll receive a full refund.

Pricing

Pre-order prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Prices may increase after the item is officially released.

Damages or Defects

If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
